About Connect

OutboxEDU Connect (The Outbox Pipeline) was created to provide young professionals with the opportunity to be discovered by employers. We aim to support young people through their career incubation phase and this can start from their first undergraduate internship to their paid internship, their first full-time job to their second or even the third.

Our North star is our impact and this is defined by the success of a young person’s early career. Our focus is on the early career phase because we realize that there are extreme benefits to shaping a career foundation, benefits that range from a personal level to an organizational level to a country's economic level. 

Outbox Connect is our way of being there for Young Professionals and making sure that they can access all the opportunities available to them because their ability to work is what matters to us the most.
